This product features a slow-flow valve designed to discharge water at a slower rate than traditional enemas. The slow-flow design has several distinct advantages, most notably the prevention of cramping. However, if you prefer, the Prelude can be used like a standard enema. To utilize it in this way, you need to provide a firm and sustained grip. FYI, our testing group was comprised of all genders and everyone seemed to have no problem fully discharging the bulb within about 30-40 seconds.
